Previously, individual tax rates configured via Avalara within Chargebee Billing were not compatible with our Netsuite integration. This resulted in manual tax upload. With this release, we're addressing this issue by empowering you to automate tax rate sending to their Netsuite integration, especially when calculations are done via Avalara. This is available only in Canada. Now, you can seamlessly synchronize tax rates between Chargebee Billing and Netsuite, eliminating manual intervention and ensuring accurate tax calculations.
